Nestd is a storage organization app that allows you to catalog items in boxes and storage units using photos and AI. By using Nestd, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must create an account to use Nestd. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@nestd.net.
You retain ownership of any photos and data you upload to Nestd. By using the app, you grant Nestd a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your content to third parties.
Nestd uses third-party AI services to identify and label items in photos. AI-generated descriptions may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any information stored in the app.
Nestd uses third-party services including Firebase (Google) for data storage and authentication, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI image analysis. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Nestd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Always keep backups of important information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestd and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
